Another One Bites The Crust

Keyboard Cat and Cookies

July 1, 2009 · 19 Comments

I was aching for some soft, chocolate chip cookies this afternoon so I quickly whipped up a batch of Homestyle Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies to calm my craving.  Delicious, soft, and chewy as always.

I’ve been munching on these all day long.  I think I need to go on a cookie hiatus now.  This belly can take no more cookies!  Okay, I just went to get another cookie.  That lasted long.

I tried a new product today, Sunshine Burgers.  I tried the original flavor and I hate to say it, but I was not digging it.  I’ll be sticking to Amy’s until I can get my hands on the falafel flavor.

Later in the evening, I got a little bored, and I couldn’t get the keyboard cat song out of my head so I decided to get creative and make a collage.

Yes, I have a lot of free time.

Oh goodness, those cookies have that effect on me too. Solution = make only 1/4 of the recipe! Then you only have 3-ish cookies to tempt you. Haha, take that, you temptress cookies.

Nawww, you didn’t like Sunshine burgers?! I can’t believe it. Did you make ‘em in the oven? That’s the best way…they are icky if you microwave them. But you are totally entitled to your opinion if you baked them and you no likey. :)

Yum, there’s nothing like a homemade chocolate chip cookie (or in this case, a vegan chocolate chip cookie) :) Love the cat! I just sit and watch tv when I’m bored, so I’m impressed with your creation!

Mmmm… my friend came over last night, and, while trying her first bite of Dark Chocolate Dreams, she had a chocolate chip cookie with a giant dollop of DCD on top. Divine! You should try it!

The first time I had the sunshine burger-original-didn’t like it. Try the Southwestern, we all really liked it.
