Sweets and Treats

Hi everyone! I hope you had a lovely Fourth of July! I’ve had grand plans for the day for probably a month now, but unfortunately, things changed and I got left alone for most of the day. Booo!
Either way, this morning I woke up really early to make cupcakes for my friends. I decided that S’mores Cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World would be the perfect festive cupcake for everyone to enjoy.
Because things changed, I was the only one to enjoy these cupcakes! They are absolutely fabulous. The cake is perfectly spongy and full of graham cracker flavor, while the frosting is light and sweet. I love them! These might be my new favorite cupcake.
These cupcakes are dangerous to be around. These cupcakes weren’t the only sweet treat tempting me yesterday. On Friday, we celebrated my mom’s birthday and I made her a rich, chocolate cake covered in the most luscious, sinful chocolate mousse. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Both recipes are also from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World.
Anyway, time for me to get on with the day! Have a great one

I’m with you on the s’mores cupcakes. They are one of my favorites as well. Are these mini’s? I think I’ll make mini’s next time cuz you have to take a bite of the chocolate, frosting and cake all at once for the complete experience.
