I am CONSTANTLY craving sushi! I had sushi for breakfast and dinner tonight. For dinner last night, too. The night before that as well. Woah!

This morning I dug into a package of this Whole Food’s vegetable roll. These are surprisingly tasty! I’ve said it before, but I absolutely love the combination of a crunchy vegetable with the creamy avocado.
For dinner, my family and I decided to treat ourselves to dinner at our favorite restaurant that I’ve posted a lot about- Miya’s Sushi.

We started off with a big ol’ pile of their famous Tokyo Fries. These are pretty much high quality potato sticks, topped with a delicious tomato-curry sauce and chives. AMAZING!
We decided to just order a bunch of different rolls to share. This is definitely always the best idea. I love to be able to try everything!

We gobbled up a sweet potato roll, curry cauliflower roll, artichoke cumin roll, and huuuuge vegetable roll.
I can’t get enough of this sushi!! The combinations are unlike any other. You can’t get sushi like this anywhere else.
I’m about to settle down on the couch with a bowl of Turtle Trails soy ice cream. Nom nom. See you soon!

Ummmm Sweet potato roll and cauliflower curry roll??? What?! Those sound AMAZING!! I’ve never heard of either of those…I need to start looking harder I guess. Out of all the things you could be craving, consider yourself lucky that it’s sushi!

I think you and I need to meet up and have a sushi feast! If only we didn’t live on opposite sides of the continent, and in different countries.

Those rolls sound really good. I think if the local sushi places where I live had that variety of vegan options I might be craving sushi morning and night too.

mmm…sweet potato and curry cauliflower rolls? we definitely don’t have those options here.

Wow, you have better sushi options than we have here! All I can normally find here is plain old cucumber and avocado rolls. I plan on making my own sushi again real soon, maybe I’ll try a curry-cauliflower roll. Sounds good!

The only sushi I’ve ever eaten was veggie sushi from Publix and long time ago and I didn’t like it. I think I’ve been missing out all these years and need to go to a quality place because all of those rolls look so yummy!

Ok, now I want some sushi for lunch! I LOVE sushi
It’s been far too long since I’ve had some good quality sushi. I’ve never had anything like a sweet potato roll though. Sounds delish!

Sweet potato roll sounds yummy. Never seen, never had.

Uh, I think the curry aioli that’s served with the Tokyo fries is mayonnaise-based, isn’t it? At least, it’s some “aioli” which is basically (when not vegan) mayo and garlic. Unless I’ve been deceived, which would be a most excellent surprise!

Ick! I didn’t know that. I’ll ask next time I go in!

Maaaan with all these options I would be craving sushi too. I’m use to the sushi stand-bys although I’ve tried sweet potato before.
