Happy Thanksgiving, again! I hope you all had a lovely holiday. I sure did. Before I curl up in bed watching Chronicles of Narnia, I have a photo recap of the beautiful meal at my grandmother’s today. I am so lucky to have a family who respects and supports my veganism. I’m not even the only vegan in my family!
prepping the shephard’s pie
chopping the veg
saute the savory pie filling
dig in!
of course i went back for more. i ate the entire pan of roasted vegetables

bring out the fancy cups to drink coffee while eating dessert
be thankful for my wonderful family!
Narnia awaits!

The savory pie (and, well, ALL your food!) looks mouthwatering! And the family photo is lovely.

What a delicious looking pie, and your teacups are gorgeous!
(Narnia! Susan from the Lion, the witch and the wardrobe is at university with me, I keep seeing her around, haha!)

Great looking Shephard’s pie. How nice to have more vegans in the family. I think it makes the holiday more special because of your values

Beautiful Thanksgiving! Roasted vegetables are by far the best part of the meal
