Similarly, if you’re a wedding caterer, there may be times where you’re asked to cater for a funeral or a graduation ceremony, in which case you’re going to need to be prepared to alter your menu slightly to better fit your client’s wishes.

In real business, you have to do everything yourself. At the moment, we do not have any employees. I go to the market, make a purchase, and go to the farm to harvest. We have to be flexible so we can adjust our business to the growing market.
